MARION, Ky. — William Edwin Arflack,
87, of Marion died Tuesday at Crittenden Health Systems.
Mr. Arflack was a retired rural
postal carrier, a member and deacon of Marion Baptist Church, a U.S. Army
World War II veteran, a member of Bingham Lodge No. 256 F&AM and a
member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
Survivors include his wife, Willa
Belle Arflack; one daughter, Mary Jo Delaney of Louisville; one son, Donald
Arflack of Marion; one brother, George E. Arflack of Lexington; two sisters,
Virgie Reisinger of Lexington and Grace Blair of Owensboro; two grandchildren;
three stepgrandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one
son, William Ray Arflack; three brothers; and three sisters. His parents
were George and Deedie Brantley Arflack.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday
at Marion Baptist Church. Burial will be at Mapleview Cemetery in Marion.
Friends may call from 6 until 9
p.m. today at Myers Funeral Home in Marion and after 10 a.m. Friday at
the church
